Conversion of a 18,000 sq. ft. office building in to 32 apartments, using Permitted Development Rights for a change of use to residential.

Planning permission has been granted and construction is due to start in December 2017, with practical completion expected in September 2018.

Equity Funding:

  • JV partnership with a HNWI based on a share of the profits. 

Period: 18 months.
